🎉 How to Make a Claim on CashFlyer 🎉 It’s easy to claim your cashback and points with CashFlyer! Simply follow these steps: Sign In Visit www.cashflyer.com.au/profile and log in to your account. Click 'Make Claim' Once you’re signed in, click on the ‘Make Claim’ menu on the left-hand side of your profile. Select Your Claim Type Choose from the following options: BUSINESS This is a list of our partner businesses where you can earn extra cashback in the form of Points. Simply select the partner business you made a purchase from. AFFILIATE If you made a purchase through one of our affiliate links at https://www.cashflyer.com.au/affiliates, choose the Affiliate menu to lodge your claim. RECEIPTS COLLECT For local shop purchases like groceries, electronics, clothes, or pet supplies, select Receipts Collect. (Please note, you can’t claim if the supplier has their own rewards program). Enter the business name, location suburb, and postcode when submitting your receipt. Fill in Claim Details For all claim types, make sure to: Select the purchase date Enter the purchase amount Include the invoice number Review & Confirm Read the Terms & Conditions Double-check the amount you are claiming Once everything looks good, click ‘Confirm’ and then ‘OK’ to lodge your claim! Important Reminder: 👉 Do not forget to read the Terms and Conditions carefully. 👉 Make sure the amount is correct, as false or misleading claims may result in account suspension. In cases of fraud, legal action may be taken, and business loss expenses, legal fees, and claims will apply.

⏳ Claim Approval Timeline ⏳ We strive to process your claims as quickly as possible! Here’s what you can expect: Most claims will be approved within 15 working days. Claims for purchases made through 3rd party businesses may take up to 25 working days to be approved. Please note, some claims may take longer due to specific reasons or disputes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during the approval process!

🔍 Check Your Balance and Claims on CashFlyer 🔍 Follow these simple steps to view your balance and claims: Sign In Visit www.cashflyer.com.au/profile and log in to your account. Click 'Dashboard' Once you're signed in, click the ‘Dashboard’ menu on the left-hand side of the menu bar. View Your Dashboard At the top of your dashboard, you will see the following sections: Balance: Your current points or cashback balance. Total Claims: The total number of claims you've made. Pending Claims: Claims that are still being processed. Easily keep track of your rewards and claims in the Dashboard!

Enter the new email address you wish to use. 6. Once updated, a verification email will be sent to the new address. 7.
