Business / Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Business Terms & Conditions govern the participation of businesses (“Vendor”, “you”) on the Cashflyer platform.
By registering, you agree to offer cashback incentives to customers in accordance with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register as a Vendor, you must:

Hold a valid ABN or ACN

Provide accurate business information

Agree to offer cashback between 1% and 20%
3. Cashback Offer

Vendors choose their cashback percentage during registration

Cashback applies only to eligible transactions

Vendors are responsible for honoring approved cashback claims
4. Cashback Claims & Approval

Customers submit claims through Cashflyer
-
Vendors may be required to verify transactions

Cashflyer reserves the right to mediate or audit claims
5. Fees

Vendors may be subject to platform, administrative, or advertising fees as agreed separately

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:

Act honestly and in good faith

Honour advertised cashback offers

Not mislead customers
-
Comply with all applicable Australian laws
7. Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between Cashflyer and the Vendor.
8. Suspension & Termination
Cashflyer may suspend or terminate vendor accounts if:

Cashback obligations are not honoured
-
Fraudulent or misleading conduct occurs

Legal or compliance issues arise
9. Limitation of Liability
Cashflyer is not liable for:

Loss of profits or business
-
Customer disputes
-
Technical interruptions
10. Confidentiality
All non-public information exchanged is confidential and must not be disclosed without consent.
11. Changes to Terms
Cashflyer may amend these Terms with notice. Continued participation confirms acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
