1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cashflyer platform, including our website, customer portal, and cashback services. By registering as a customer or using Cashflyer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Cashflyer platform.


2. About Cashflyer

Cashflyer is a cashback and referral platform that allows registered customers to earn cashback rewards when they make purchases at participating businesses and submit valid cashback claims through the Cashflyer portal.

Cashflyer does not sell products or services directly and is not a payment provider.


3. Eligibility

To use Cashflyer as a customer, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Register a valid physical card or virtual card by providing the last four (4) digits of the card

  • Agree to these Terms and the Cashflyer Privacy Policy


4. Customer Registration & Card Details

  • Customers must register an account on Cashflyer to claim cashback.

  • Customers are required to enter the last four digits of their physical or virtual payment card.

  • These details are used only to verify and confirm purchases made by the registered customer.

  • Card details can usually be found on the EFTPOS receipt or within the customer’s banking app.

  • Cashflyer does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment information.


5. Cashback Offers

  • Cashback percentages are set solely by participating businesses and may range from 1% to 20%.

  • Cashback offers may change at any time at the discretion of the business.

  • Cashback is not guaranteed and is subject to claim approval.


6. Making a Cashback Claim

To make a valid cashback claim:

  1. The customer must shop at a participating Cashflyer business.

  2. The purchase must be made using the registered card or mobile wallet.

  3. The customer must submit a claim through the Cashflyer portal.

  4. The last four digits of the card used must match the digits registered in the customer’s account.

  5. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) may be required.

Claims that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.


7. Points & Cashback Conversion

  • Approved cashback claims are rewarded in the form of points.

  • Points are calculated based on the cashback percentage offered by the business.

  • Points may be converted into Australian Dollars (AUD) at the rate determined by Cashflyer.

  • Converted cashback may be transferred to the customer’s PayPal account, subject to minimum withdrawal limits and processing times.


8. Claim Review & Approval

  • All cashback claims are subject to review and verification.

  • Cashflyer may contact the business to confirm the transaction.

  • Cashflyer reserves the right to approve, reject, delay, or reverse claims if fraud, misuse, or errors are suspected.


9. Fraud & Misuse

Cashflyer strictly prohibits:

  • False or misleading claims

  • Submitting claims for purchases not personally made

  • Using another person’s card details

  • Manipulating receipts or transaction data

Cashflyer may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity.


10. Account Suspension or Termination

Cashflyer may suspend or terminate a customer account if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

  • Required information is inaccurate or misleading

Unused points may be forfeited upon termination.


11. No Guarantee of Cashback

Cashflyer does not guarantee that:

  • All claims will be approved

  • Cashback will always be available

  • Businesses will continue participating in the platform

Cashflyer is not responsible for business decisions, pricing, or service quality.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cashflyer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Cashflyer is not responsible for disputes between customers and businesses

  • Use of the platform is at your own risk

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.


13. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with the Cashflyer Privacy Policy. By using Cashflyer, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.


14. Changes to These Terms

Cashflyer may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
