5. You will be redirected to a page where you can update your details.
6. Make the necessary changes to your profile and save the updates.

No, One account one user policy applied at all buyer user’s account.
**Important:** Claims must be made within 10 days of purchase. While claims may still be submitted after this period, please note that they may not be approved.

- Customers do not need to provide payment details.
- However, you will need to update the last 4 digits of the physical or virtual card number. This number is printed on your EFTPOS (Eftpos) receipt.
- The last 4 digits are required solely for verification of the recipients/invoice.
**Important:**
- It is strongly against our policies for claims to be submitted without the receipt/invoice matching the CashFlyer user profile.
- The last four digits of the physical or virtual card number must also match the one used for the transaction. This number is printed on your EFTPOS (Eftpos) receipt.
- Claims will not be processed if the receipt/invoice and the payment card details do not match the user profile
